Keith
G Bradshaw FCA NON EXECUTIVE CHAIRMAN
Keith Bradshaw is a Chartered Accountant, qualifying in Birmingham
1966 and spending time in West Africa before returning aged 30 to
establish a number of private companies, the foremost of which, BP
Nursing Homes Ltd, became Takare PLC/Care First Group PLC, which was
sold to BUPA in January 1998 for approximately £300 million.
At the time of the sale he was Executive Chairman and the Company
was the largest operator of its type in Europe, employing in excess
of 14,000 people.
At the same time as founding BP Nursing homes he founded a number
of other companies, notably in the motor distribution and electronic
manufacturing field. He continues as non-Executive Chairman of these
companies, together with a number of other public and private companies
covering a diverse range of activities. Keith devotes a considerable
amount of time and resources to this venture. |

David
G Bradshaw MANAGING DIRECTOR
David has experience in accountancy, production control, motor distribution,
internal audit and ultimately had operational responsibility for 1200
employees in the care services industry. Since 1996 he has operated
a significant property investment and development company on behalf
of himself and family interests. David assumes general management
responsibility for the Company and is responsible for co-ordinating
its various activities.

David
E Bradshaw CONSTRUCTION AND TECHNICAL
David qualified as a Surveyor in 1970 and at the age of 32 was appointed
Building Manager for the Fort Dunlop with responsibility for all building,
civil engineering, maintenance and site services on a 30 acre industrial
site with some 10,000 employees. In 1985 he joined Takare as Managing
Director of its Development company and was responsible in that capacity
for the construction of nearly 10,000 beds on 70 sites with a construction
value of nearly £300 million.
David is available to evaluate all proposed transactions from a technical
and costing perspective and supervises any construction work required.

Keith
Simkins CONSTRUCTION MANAGER
Since leaving college in 1986 Keith has gained experience in the field
of sales, lettings and management of both residential and commercial
property. This experience has proved invaluable in maintaining the
company portfolio to a high standard, to which we have a ‘hands on’
approach, in conjunction with our professional advisors.
Keith has drawn on his experience of refurbishment and construction
works to add value to our new and existing properties, with active
involvement in the refurbishment and construction process from conception
to practical completion. |

Paul Bradshaw ACA BSc
FINANCE DIRECTOR
Paul Bradshaw, 32 joined Nurton Developments Limited in January 2006
as Finance Director from accountants Horwath Clark Whitehill, where
he was employed as a senior audit manager.
He began his career as a chartered accountant with the Walsall branch of HCW - a national Top 20 firm of accountants - after gaining
a degree in Economics at Bradford, and spent four years
with the Black Country firm, before being head-hunted to work for
computer firm Misys in the USA.
Paul was there for a year, assisting with integrating the US
company into the style of the UK operation, working from both the
Tucson, Arizona, and Georgetown, Pennsyvania, branches. After that
he returned home and back to Horwath Clark Whitehill in a senior
managerial role.
During his second stint with the Walsall accountants, he worked
principally in audit, corporate transactionary, business improvement
and litigation, focusing on commercial dispute. Paul's role involved
responsibility for ten members of staff and a number of clients,
ranging from companies largely throughout Europe in their market,
to advising the proprietors of small concerns on the financial and
commercial aspects of their businesses. As part of his role, Paul
became a trained AMSF facilitator in a Business Improvement Processes.

Rupert
Young BSc MRICS DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR
Rupert Young took on the role of Development Director with the company in
2008, following two years in the investment department at DTZ.
He worked for DTZ, following its takeover of Donaldsons, where he was a
partner. He joined Donaldsons from GC Europe and, prior to that, he was head
of the Birmingham office of CB Richard Ellis.
Rupert brings much expertise to the company, having specialised in
investment for 15 years. He is now spearheading Nurton's venture into two
new fields, brand new development opportunities and strategic land buying.

Kevin
Cooper MRICS DIRECTOR URBAN CUBE
Kevin Cooper is a chartered surveyor with 17 years experience in the
West Midlands property market, working for Hillier Parker, Crosby
Homes and Barteak Developments. During his time in development, Kevin
has been responsible for landmark schemes in Birmingham city centre
and has created developments worth in excess of £100 million.
In January of 2004, Kevin founded Urban3 a residential and mixed use
development company with Nurton Developments.
Within Urban3, Kevin is responsible for delivering a land acquisition
and planning programme with a GDV of £10 million per annum.
