The Team

Nurton Developments has a small but highly motivated and effective team, who all adopt a hands-on approach to the business. Acquisitions, lettings and disposals are dealt with by David G Bradshaw and Rupert Young on a day to day basis. David E Bradshaw and Keith Simkins project manage all development projects and refurbishments including tenants Cat B fit out works where appropriate. Paul Bradshaw, as Finance Director, is responsible for banking arrangements and the finances of the retained portfolio, ably assisted by Helen Bagnall and Lizzy Hartley. Event organisation and PA support is provided by Jan Morris and Maxine Keogh.
