Partners
Nurton Developments works with a range of Partners in a number of different structures, as follows;
The Freehold ownership of the strategic site at Lawns Farm at Burton upon Trent is a 50:50 Limited Company where our partner is a 100% owned subsidiary of an unquoted investment company, which is itself almost 80% owned by a charitable foundation.
The ownership of Two Colmore Square and Canon House, in central Birmingham, sits within a Limited Liability Partnership where Nurton Developments owns 66.6% and a private individual owns 33.3%.
The Company which entered into the promotion agreement in respect of Holywell Spring Farm at Ashby de La Zouch is owned by three private individuals being Keith Bradshaw, our Chairman, and two mother parties. Nurton Developments is acting as strategic adviser and project manager.
We are happy to consider working with other parties where our interest coincide. Currently we are seeking asset management opportunities in the office and industrial sectors with a target of a £20m lot size and above, working jointly with a major London based property focused private equity house with whom we have a formal joint venture agreement.
Nurton is also working with a major London based property company repositioning a large office asset in the North East of England. This involves converting part of the building to hotel use and overseeing a proposed refurbishment project of the remainder for letting.
