Nurton Developments is a privately owned property investment and development company, headquartered in Birmingham but active throughout England.
Our activities are focused on three main areas:
Asset Management
In isolation or with partners we acquire multi-let office and industrial properties where we can identify opportunities to add value via refurbishment, lease re-gears/surrenders and new lettings.
Strategic Land
We aim to control, through options, promotion agreements, or outright purchase, tracts of green field land that we promote through the planning process to achieve allocation and ultimately planning consent for a variety of uses.
Development
We are interested in acquiring sites with short term income which offer the opportunity for future office development. This form of development can be either brand new Grade A space or a comprehensive refurbishment. Target locations are the English Regional Cities. We are also interested in acquiring sites suitable for the development of either multi-unit industrial estates or large distribution warehouses.
