Nurton Group

The Nurton Group comprises three distinct elements.

Nurton Developments is the Midlands based commercial property & development company which holds a portfolio direct investments and strategic land holdings.

GB Developments invests in residential development and investment opportunities primarily in the London. The company specialises in the new build central London residential market, where it has been acquiring properties since 1998.To date GB has invested its own shareholder equity alongside a small number of joint venture partners. The resources, knowledge of the market and flat management structure has meant decisions have been reached, and deals concluded, quickly and effectively. The company is currently exploring raising external equity to increase the size of its portfolio.

Flexibase is a serviced office company. It was set up in 2006 and currently operates a single facility in Nurton’s Trigate building of approximately 11,400 sq ft. Flexibase can respond to requirements from an occupier seeking a full service single person office, right up to a company needing a full floor for 50 employees requiring furniture only. Flexibase can also support tenants who take a traditional lease direct from a Landlord but who require a third party to manage all other aspects of their occupation.
